Winter has officially started. Yes, for me, it was my son. He marked the start of winter by a very bad cough and cold. I just then realized, ‘Oh, the winter is here. It’s time to post the Winter style updates, which some of my regular readers wanted me to.
Last time when I posted Festive style guide, some of the readers raised some doubts like, whether I’m selling those clothes here or advertising for any seller. Some asked whether I am a designer. One common answer for all these questions is, ‘No’ 🙂
I do not own a boutique, neither have any tie up with any seller. I am not a certified designer too. All I do is, creating Looks, matching the products available on Limeroad.com and post them here as a Style guide. I mean, any one can do that, all it takes is a little sense of colours and styles. And, most importantly, I do not get any monetary benefits by posting them here. 😉
Now, the Winter Style suggestions for you, created by me, right here!!!
Palazzo’s chic new friend:
Match your printed palazzos with long Jackets. Because long coats are the chic picks of this winter and palazzos spice them up gracefully. Complete the look with solid scarves and wedges.
The Sporty You:
You can’t go wrong with Shorts or Skirts teamed up with Boots on Winter. Flaunt your sporty side on a brunch party or a day out by matching them with Pull overs and scarves
Go Wild with Animal prints:
Animal prints are perfect for Winter. Match them with wild details like leather bracelets and boots.
Break the Rule:
Who said, winter means muted colours and monochromes? Stand out in a crowd of Greys by pairing your solid jacket with floral palazzos and those monochrome jackets with candy colours.
You don’t have to compromise your elegance just because the weather is cold. We have the perfect Party looks for you.
Go for florals and layered dresses. Match them with solid, tailor made waist coats and statement earrings.
Office party? Prefer warm colours and minimum details to get the formal chic.
One for the Festival of Joy:
Yes, Christmas, the festival of joy is here. On Christmas eve parties, go for golden accessories and B&B (Bright and Bold) details for extreme luxe.
(The second one above, I call the ‘Santa look’ is my personal favourite of all. I think I’m gonna buy that Jacket 😉 )
So, What do you think ? Ready to rock. Also, I would love to hear your suggestions and style tips too.
Happy Winter!!! Take care!!!
